Warm Kale and Shaved Sprout Salad

Ingredients
- 150 g brussels sprouts finely sliced
- 80 g kale, finely sliced with stems removed
- 3 rashers shortcut rindless bacon, sliced
- 45 g hazelnuts
- 1 medium orange, cut into segments
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs lemon juice
Instructions
- Toast the hazelnuts in a saucepan and set aside. Cook the bacon in a non stick pan, remove
- Add the kale, sprouts and olive oil and cook for a few minutes
- In a bowl, combine sprouts, kale, bacon hazelnuts and orange segments
- Mix together and serve
