- 1 handful of chopped kale
- 1/3 medium banana
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 tsp whole flaxseeds
- 1/2 lemon, chopped no skin
- 1/2 handful chopped mint leaves
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 apple, chopped
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 scoop favourite whey protein powder
Instructions
