Breakfast Smoothie

Packed with protein, fibre, and healthy fats, this smoothie will keep you feeling full and satisfied all morning long.

  • blender
  • mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of chopped kale
  • 1/3 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 tsp whole flaxseeds
  • 1/2 lemon, chopped no skin
  • 1/2 handful chopped mint leaves
  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 apple, chopped
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 scoop favourite whey protein powder

Instructions

  • Process in a high speed blender until smooth and delicious looking, pour into a glass
