Cellulite. This C-word is the most dreaded part of ageing.
It’s predominately found on the butt, thighs and upper arms, and up to 90 per cent of women are estimated to experience some kind of cellulite post-puberty.
While the best way to disguise cellulite is regular exercise, which boosts circulation and increases the muscle tone under the skin. There are changes you can make in your diet and lifestyle to enable the lymphatic drainage from the cells and remove the slug that contributes to visible dimples on the skin.
