Wow, what a collection of inspiring stories. Real people, real events, real results. Each story will resonate differently in the hearts of readers, but the winner of Michelle Bridge’s book, Crunch Time goes to Abbey Draper. Abbey you have clearly explained how focusing on being healthy rather than losing weight got you where you are today. Also your point about picking short term goals (like running 8km/hr for 5 mins) is a great tip when goal setting. I love that you are such a great role model for your children (and many others I imagine) and that you now live and breathe health and fitness. What a great success story, congratulations!
