When it comes to weight loss, in your opinion, what percentage is diet vs exercise?
It’s 100% hormones and both nutrition and exercise play significant roles.
Who would you ‘eat with’, ‘pray for’, and ‘love’ out of (and why): Paleo Pete, Sarah Wilson, Michelle Bridges
That question is so hard to answer! I would eat with Pete because his recipes are delicious and focused on nutrient density… Pray for Michelle because we all know how important stress management is for fat loss… Love Sarah because she really is changing the world.
Favourite healthy meal?

Favourite foodie splurge?
I’m a burger and hot chip girl. Gluten free of course (eg the Low Carb Superbun from Grill’d which I helped create).
Favourite exercise or workout you love to hate?
I’m back working with a strength coach and I have a very strong love/hate relationship with hanging from anything, but especially the pull up bars!
What’s one daily habit you wish all your clients mastered?
Stress management. It’s honestly one of the best things you could ever do for your health and your hormones.
What’s a healthy app you love?
I’m currently into ‘Mindful’ as I set it to remind me throughout the day to stop and smell the roses.
What’s something not many people know about you?
I have an identical twin sister.
