My name is Amelia Phillips and I’m a registered nutritionist, exercise scientist, and published researcher. As a wife, mum of 4, and busy professional, I’m well-versed in the challenges of balancing a busy lifestyle and know firsthand impact this balancing act can have on our physical and mental well-being.
That’s why each year, sometimes twice per year, I like to perform a reset and detoxify my body. I find that it not only revitalizes my energy levels and sharpens my focus, but also helps me make healthier choices, setting a positive tone for the months to come.
