Would it be a silly question if I asked how many of you run to music? I assume, yes!

While staying updated on what’s happening on the chartbusters and the music scene in your city  is recommended, but I wouldn’t expect all you busy bees to update your iPod on a weekly basis.

This is when websites and apps like Run Hundred and Spotify come in; places where you can create your own playlists, or go by what they think you should run to on a given day. Here’s my top 10 for this month, inspired by a list on Shape magazine.
