Have you ever wanted to do a cardio circuit that involves more than running on the treadmill or doing a spin class? Getting the heart rate up is the key to a successful cardio circuit, it’s not as much about sweating. So here I have for you my Intensive Cardio Circuit in a pyramid-style format.

If you feel like your regular cardio workout is getting monotonous and want to hike up your fitness, give this a go.
The exercises are:
- Burpees
- Plyometric Lunges
- Bunny Hops
- Double Under
